Culinary Historians of Southern CA, Oct. 8, 2011

The “Queen of Quince” offered a the Culinary Historians a delicious history of quince titled, “Simply Quince: From Breakfast to Dinner for 3,000 Years.” After the lecture, everyone enjoyed Turkey Chili with Quince served in tiny bread bowls and vanilla ice cream topped with Candied Quince.
